Daniel joined BSD&D in 1989 and became a member in 1994. His practice covers a wide range of commercial, business litigation and construction law. Daniel has significant experience in handling commercial purchasing disputes including automotive purchasing, defective software and defective software implementation issues. He also has extensive experience in shareholder disputes in close corporations with related antitrust and business tort issues. Daniel has also handled professional disciplinary matters, including representation of law firms in malpractice claims.

Representative Cases/Transactions
Successfully represented OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry in disputes involving supply chain delivery, pricing and quality issues. Also represented Tier 1 suppliers in supply chain software issues.

Successfully represented a shareholder involved in 13 simultaneous civil actions arising out of real estate investments.

Successfully representing both owners and contractors in construction disputes involving both commercial and industrial facilities
