Dennis joined BSD&D in 1988. His practice covers a wide range of commercial and business litigation. Dennis has substantial experience in the litigation and trial of matters involving intellectual property disputes, internet commerce and cyberspace disputes, insurance law, including both coverage disputes and the statutory obligations of insurers, professional liability claims, antitrust claims, and a wide variety of business torts. He has managed the defense of several class action lawsuits.
