Eric has been an attorney since 1975.  He joined Barris, Sott, Denn & Driker in 1995 and became a member in 1998.  His practice principally covers a wide range of commercial, business, and employment litigation.  He also has significant experience in the areas of tort and family law.  Eric has substantial experience in the litigation and trial of matters involving contracts, business torts, insurance law, employment discrimination, and wrongful discharge, some involving multi-million dollar claims.  He is an experienced litigator in federal, state and appellate courts.

Representative Cases
Defended numerous commercial contract and business actions leading to a dismissal of many, and nominal settlements in others.

Successfully represented management in numerous employment discrimination and wrongful discharge actions.

Litigated a number of noncompete disputes for clients in varied businesses and occupations.
