Erica Fitzgerald is a member of the firm and has an active trial and commercial litigation practice. She works with a broad range of clients, from local, family-owned businesses to national and international automotive and pharmaceutical suppliers. She also assists clients with their business immigration law needs.

Ms. Fitzgerald has received recognition for pro bono service from the Eastern District of Michigan. She also volunteers to give tours of the federal courthouse to schoolchildren.

Ms. Fitzgerald joined the firm in 2002 after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an articles editor on the Michigan Journal of International Law. She was also an intern and summer associate at the firm beginning in 2000. She received a B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.
