We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alternation or destruction of personal information we collect.  Any information provided to BSDD is treated with care and discretion.  While we strive to protect your personal information, no data transmission is 100% secure. We do not guarantee the security of your personal information provided over the internet or stored in our databases.  Your transmissions are at your own risk.  BSDD is not responsible for disclosures of your personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

NO ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE; CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

When you provide information through the Site, please do not send us any information or documents that you want to have treated as confidential.  Providing information to BSDD via email links on this website and any response you may receive (1) will not create an attorney-client relationship, (2) will not preclude BSDD from representing any other person or firm in any matter, and (3) will not obligate us to keep confidential the information you provide.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
