Barris Sott Wins U.S. Supreme Court Victory
05/25/2016Over four years, in several different courts, Barris Sott fought a highly-publicized contentious lawsuit for our clients. The clients included a religious institution, its governing board, and its spiritual leader. Finally, in May 2016, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review the Michigan Supreme Court’s decision in our clients’ favor. It was a great win for Todd Mendel (who spearheaded the defense), for our firm, and, most important, for our clients.
