Dan's practice covers a wide range of commercial lawsuits.  He is an analytical and forceful litigator.

Dan has significant experience in handling commercial disputes including automotive purchasing, supplier disputes, construction defect cases, and computer software issues. He also has extensive experience in shareholder disputes in close corporations with related antitrust and business tort issues. Dan has also handled professional disciplinary matters, including representation of law firms in malpractice claims.

Dan was a law clerk for the Hon. Patricia Boyle of the Michigan Supreme Court and also a law clerk for the Hon. Richard Maher of the Michigan Court of Appeals.
 

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

  • Successfully represented OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry in disputes involving supply chain delivery, pricing and quality issues. Also represented Tier 1 suppliers in supply chain software issues
  • Successfully represented a shareholder involved in 13 simultaneous civil actions arising out of real estate investments
  • Successfully represented both owners and contractors in construction disputes involving both commercial and industrial facilities
