Kelly has experience representing small and large businesses in various litigation matters.

Kelly also assists creditors in workouts and bankruptcy cases.  In addition, he provides counsel to individuals and businesses for corporate transactional matters.

Kelly also served as a judicial law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for the Honorable Lisa S. Gretchko.
