• We represented one of Michigan's largest law firms. We were brought in after a disastrous $22 million jury verdict against the firm, which exceeded the firm's available insurance coverage. We obtained a complete reversal on appeal.
• We were involved in a professional malpractice case centered around claims of conflict of interest and breach of fiduciary duty regarding a merger of non-profit entities and the resulting creation of a new cancer institute. We obtained summary disposition and complete victory for our client, while a co-defendant represented by another firm went to trial.
